本公司於1982年由王信昌先生邀集一群具有工程及管理專業經歷豐富之同好，本著服務社會及對施工技術、品質之執著共組成立，並共同推舉王信昌先生擔任董事長迄今。

期間公司在王董事長領導下，於國內外承攬各項土木、建築、水利工程，經由全體同仁之努力對所承接之各案，本於專業均競競業業施作及管理，無論施工進度及品質均能獲業主之肯定。

Well Scene Construction Corporation was founded by Mr. Wang Shin Chang and invited a group of highly experienced construction and management experts to join the organization in 1982. We hold a position to be dedicated in construction skills, quality persistence, and to have greatest service of the society. We have elected Mr. Wang as the chairman of the board of the company.

Under the leadership of Mr. Wang, we undertake domestically, and overseas civil, architectural, and infrastructure projects. Through the great effort of the whole company, every project has been individually done with expertise and integrity. Our construction process and quality have respectively deserved a well-known reputation.
